This policy covers the Capy's SATs Week landing page and early access sign-up only. A separate, fuller policy covering the app, children's data, and payment processing will be published before the app launches.

Capy's SATs Week is a product of Black Gold Agency, trading name of Robert McFarlane, 16 Crayfield Road, Manchester, M19 3NX, United Kingdom.

Robert McFarlane is registered as a data controller with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), registration reference ZC154458.

2. What data we collect

When you sign up for early access, we collect:

Your email address
The date and time you submitted the form

We do not collect your name, payment details, or any other personal data at this stage. We do not collect any data from children.

3. Why we collect it

We collect your email address solely to:

Notify you when Capy's SATs Week launches
Send you occasional updates about the product ahead of launch

The legal basis for this processing is your consent — you voluntarily submitted the form. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see section 6).

4. How your data is stored

Early access sign-ups are processed and stored by Netlify (Netlify, Inc., 44 Montgomery Street, Suite 300, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA) via their Forms product. Netlify is compliant with GDPR and processes data in accordance with their privacy policy.

We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with any third party for marketing purposes.

5. How long we keep your data

We will keep your email address until one of the following:

You unsubscribe or ask us to delete it
12 months have passed since you signed up without the app launching
We close the product

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
Deletion — ask us to delete your data at any time
Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate data
Withdraw consent — opt out at any time without penalty
Complain — lodge a complaint with the ICO (Information Commissioner's Office)

7. Cookies

This landing page does not use tracking cookies or analytics. Netlify may set a technical cookie to process form submissions, which is necessary for the form to function.

8. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. We will not retroactively reduce your rights without notifying you directly.
